A real 5 start hotel
Location is great, views are spectacular, breakfast is excellent, staff is friendly, facility is brilliant, restaurant food is delicious, 5 star for everything.
I requested an interleading 2 rooms during booking, on change of date, we were assisnged to 2 rooms without interleading, which made us 5 nights stay looking after our 2 young children very difficult. It's a common sense to put family or friends, when people booking 2 rooms in interleading rooms rather than those who book separately. We saw people checking in and out from one of the interleading rooms all the time during our stay, but we couldn't be allocated.

Pleasant stay! breakfast staff lovely especially Andrea. The spa staff can take some lessons from her.
Beautiful nature retreat.
Did not cater for halaal. I was disappointed in the therapists at the spa. I had agreed to a spa treatment for my daughter when making booking but when she went for her session the therapist told me outright that what was agreed upon was not part of the treatment. She further rolled her eyes and went to go speak to the lady who made apppintment for my daughter. Very rude attitude. Customer service really bad at the spa and they really made one feel unwelcome. Definitely will not go back to that spa again. Terrible customer service!

Variety if activities within the property,Heated pool, walking trails,coffee shop,and mostly golf course
Service received at the pro shop. Staff was not welcoming or willing to assist as compared to how friendly the hotel staff was.
