A warm, spectacular, warm loving stay
On arrival a warm welcome from the staff outside including the reception, the clean and beautiful hotel it is, keep it up
The property is located in a beautiful area and the rooms are spectacular as we travel a lot and we haven’t found the match for Pezula as we visited your facility in 2021 and we haven’t found anything like your place

A real 5 start hotel
Location is great, views are spectacular, breakfast is excellent, staff is friendly, facility is brilliant, restaurant food is delicious, 5 star for everything.
I requested an interleading 2 rooms during booking, on change of date, we were assisnged to 2 rooms without interleading, which made us 5 nights stay looking after our 2 young children very difficult. It's a common sense to put family or friends, when people booking 2 rooms in interleading rooms rather than those who book separately. We saw people checking in and out from one of the interleading rooms all the time during our stay, but we couldn't be allocated.

Lovely views, great facilities, friendly staff, very nice rooms. It’s a lovely hotel. Lovely breakfast. The rooms are all in individual buildings of 4 rooms. They have a golf cart that can take you to your room. We enjoyed seeing the baboons try to get into our room. The hotel do try to chase them off. There’s a great kids area too. We stayed in the travellers room, which we didn’t realise, it’s a cheaper room, very good value for money. There was no hot tub and I think they are slightly smaller rooms, but they are still a very good, decent size, nice room. So I would recommend them.
The outdoor pool is quite small. The spa treatment room was looking a bit tired and the roof looked like there was some damp or a leak, in that room. The food wasn’t what you would expect.
